Additional Information

GENERAL

– In Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia, drug trafficking and unauthorized drug use are treated with the utmost severity. Convictions for trafficking, manufacturing, importing, or exporting drugs carry mandatory harsh penalties, including the death penalty in some countries.

– Smoking and drinking are prohibited in public places, including restaurants and hotels. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

– Spitting and littering in public places is illegal and strictly enforced.

– Misconduct or the use of abusive language is considered a serious offense.

– Baggage allowance for coach travel is limited to one bag up to 20 kg per person, plus one carry-on.

– Avoid wearing or carrying gold jewelry and other valuable items.

– You may carry ready-to-eat food if your tour includes local meals. Please note that food should not be carried into Australia.

– Consider bringing items like a pen, notepad, binoculars, travel iron, electric kettle, tea bags, umbrella, and comfortable shoes or slippers.

– Avoid bulky luggage as porter services are often not free or available. A trolley bag is recommended.

– Carry photocopies of all travel and identity documents, including passports, tickets, vouchers, and driver’s licenses. Keep originals in a secure place and carry copies separately.

– A small daypack is useful for carrying essentials like a sweater, camera, and snacks when leaving your larger bag at the hotel or station.

– For electronics like cameras or MP3 players, bring chargers and extra batteries. Costly gadgets are carried at your own risk.

– Electrical outlets differ in Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia. A universal adapter or plug is necessary; in the USA, a power converter is also required (110V, 60Hz).

– Bring a reusable water bottle. Ensure it’s empty before airport security.

– An alarm clock is recommended if not using a mobile phone.

– Bring any necessary medication and vitamins in original containers, along with prescriptions. A small first aid kit and tissues are also advisable.

– An inflatable pillow and eye mask can be useful for comfort during travel.

– Consider using a money belt for added security.

– Packed lunches may be provided on certain days (if included in your package).

– Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to hotel rooms or coaches during the trip.

– The company is not liable for damages, loss of baggage, injury, accidents, death, or any irregularities due to weather, strikes, war, or other causes. Such losses or expenses are the responsibility of the passengers.

– Tour managers and drivers will strive to get you as close to monuments as possible, but in some cities, coach access is restricted.

– Comfortable walking shoes are essential, as many historic cities have narrow roads requiring walking tours.

HOTELS

– Hotel rooms in Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia are generally smaller than those in other regions.

– Check the hotel’s website for more specific information.

– Hotels may request a refundable security deposit.

– Passengers can upgrade to a city center hotel for an additional cost if requested at least one week before departure.

– Porterage services are usually not free; rates vary by hotel. You may need to carry your luggage yourself.

– Most hotels do not provide bottled water as tap water is safe to drink. Bottled water is available for purchase.

– Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and check-out is before noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

– Internet usage is often chargeable. Confirm rates with hotel personnel before use.

– Minibars, including water, are typically chargeable.

– Damages to hotel property will be billed at check-out.

– Laundry is not permitted in hotel rooms.

– Cold breakfasts are common in European hotels.

– Train travel can be arranged at extra cost.

– Adjoining rooms cannot be guaranteed.

TRANSPORTATION

– Strict adherence to the itinerary’s timing is required.

– Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The vehicle will not wait beyond the set time, and missed transport will be at your own expense.

– Private transfers can be arranged at additional cost if requested at least one week before departure.

– Eating, drinking, and smoking on the bus are strictly prohibited.

– Passengers should keep the coach clean; trash should not be left inside the vehicle.

– Coaches are limited to a maximum of 9 hours of travel per day, with a mandatory 45-minute rest for the driver every 4.5 hours. This rest may be divided into 15-minute breaks.

– A minimum of 12 hours of rest is required for night travel.

– Passengers must wear seat belts and remain seated while the coach is in motion.

– If you wish to spend extra time at an excursion site, you must arrange your own transportation to the next destination.

MEAL VOUCHERS

– Bring the meal voucher provided for Free & Easy days, as it is required for restaurant service.

CAUTION

– Heart patients, pregnant women, and those with physical issues should exercise caution when participating in theme parks, island tours, mountain tours, speed boats, water sports, or any other strenuous activities.

– Verify your flight/cruise departure details with your ticket. If you notice any discrepancies in your itinerary, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for discrepancies not reported at least one day before departure.
